Gather your family and friends, get your green on, and join us for The Rotary Club of New Bern’s Sham-Rockin’ 2018, A St. Patrick’s Celebration, Friday, March 16th! This year the event will be held at the beautiful North Carolina History Center, overlooking the Trent River.
Doors open at 6:00 pm and the Sham-Rockin’ will continue until 10:00 pm. The Chelsea Restaurant will serve up the best corned beef and cabbage found in Eastern North Carolina from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Coastal Beverage, as our beverage sponsor, will offer your favorite beer and wine.
During dinner, listen to The Celtic Minstrels playing Irish music and after dinner, dance the night away to the popular band, Trainwreck!
Sham-Rockin’ is the Rotary Club of New Bern’s annual fundraiser to support local needs. Past proceeds have assisted with supporting Boys and Girls Club of New Bern, Backpack Blessings, and Craven County Partners In Education and Promise Place.
Admission: Tickets include dinner and admission and are $20 in advance (plus associated EventBrite fees when purchased online) and $25 at the door. There will be a cash bar of beer, wine, sodas, and water.
