Guests may tour the first floors of the Governor’s Palace, Kitchen Office, Stable Office, and Dixon and Stanly Houses; wander 16 acres of gardens; play historic games; make fun crafts; and learn about important historic jobs and their modern counterparts, all while completing an “apprenticeship” and choosing which historic trade or job they would like to practice.
Gardens and Tryon Palace Grounds will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Activities, Crafts, Historic Buildings will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
