- Swiss Bear, Inc. offers a Property Enhancement Grant for Greater Downtown commercial property owners/businesses. There are three categories: façade (up to $2500); signage (up to $750); and landscaping (up to $500.) Businesses may apply for any and/or all of these categories. The grant is a matching grant. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.SWISS BEAR IS OFFERING THIS GRANT ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE annual BASIS. in 2024 Swiss Bear is offering $10,000 in grants. The grant amount is renewed annually.
