Greater Downtown New Bern has many business and development opportunities. There are three facade grants available to businesses in greater downtown. The Swiss Bear grant is for properties in the Main Street footprint of Greater Downtown. Greater Downtown extends from the Neuse River to First Street and the Trent River to Broad Street. Th City of New Bern grant is for businesses in the Five Points area and the Electricities grant is for businesses in the City of New Bern.
